 Article 74 : if the administrator is responsible for managing the property and business matters , it / he / she may appoint the operation and management personnel of the debtor to be in charge of the business matters  第七十四条?管理人负责 管理财产 和营业事务的，可以聘任债务人的经营管理人员负责营业事务。 
  Article 73 : upon an apppcation by the debtor and subject to the approval of the people ' s court , the debtor may , during the restructuring period , manage its property and business matters itself under the supervision of the administrator  第七十三条?在重整期间，经债务人申请，人民法院批准，债务人可以在管理人的监督下自行 管理财产 和营业事务。
