我以前有和你一样的想法  然后我去咨询了下  音乐共享数据库好像有的公司可以提供2000多一年的链接服务   歌曲同步更新的那种  网站的设计及服务器的管理这个就看你想做成什么样的了     如果你做个出来自己玩的   自己去自学几个月九可以做个一般的   也可以再网上提出要求让别人做 你给一点的报酬   上威客之类的网站   这个很便宜了  最多最多不过1000    服务器数据库管理呢   如果你租用服务器的话  1000一年的你就很够用了   而且他就会帮你管理好数据的    这个仅是我当时要做去查询的  后来由于一个学生实在没那么多精力去搞这些  还有看的出来你比较爱好音乐  不管用不用我的答案  做出来让我看看网站

那得看DZ论坛是谁做的了。
有些论坛有在用户控件添加了音乐播放器的插件、有的没有。
如果论坛是你自己的、那你可以去DZ官方搜索下空间音乐、修改安装下插件就可以了、按照程序版本找插件。
