8. 晨光股份怎么了

晨光股份辟谣:网传“紧急声明”系伪造,已报警。
11月28日,上海晨光文具股份有限公司(简称“晨光股份”,603899.SH)发布公告称,关注到在部分网络平台有流传公司所谓的“紧急声明”,经公司核查,该文件系伪造。公司已报警,目前生产经营一切正常。
此前,网传“紧急声明”称,晨光股份决定从11月29日零点开始,暂停所有线上、线下店面以及合作渠道A4白纸的销售。

28日早盘时段,记者多次通过年报披露的联系方式致电晨光股份董秘,但电话始终无人接听,公司总机接线人士表示,对具体情况不清楚。
11月28日,晨光股份股价小幅低开,截至10时20分,跌幅为2.53%。
晨光股份表示,目前国内新冠疫情仍有多点散发、多地频发的情况,给公司的经营带来不确定性因素;今年上半年归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比下降20%,2022年的股权激励利润指标延期到2023年依然有很大的挑战。
券商分析指出,未来随疫情缓和,短期不利因素消散后,市场需求将逐步恢复。长期看,公司传统核心主业品牌优势显著、产品高端化推进顺利、渠道壁垒深厚;新业务零售大店与科力普有望齐头并进,高质量快速发展。
晨光股份获外资加仓。截至第三季度末,香港中央结算增持约公司约220万股,最新持股6.78%,安本标准也增持公司约203万股,另外,科威特政府投资局新进成为公司第十大流通股东。
